Minggu lepas aku cuti cycling. Saja pegi Shah Alam tengok anak buah baru. Tgk town Shah Alam, tak nampak orang kayuh pun. Cuma masa aku nak pegi Carboot kat Std. Shah Alam jee nampak sorang jee dok kayuh road bike. Memang Penang lg best laa kalau bab2 MTB nii ataupun aku jee yg tak jumpa tempat yg menarik lagi kat area KL & Selangor ni.... Yang penting hujung minggu ni kena kayuh balik sebab berat dah naik 3kg. Huhuhuhu....

You have to turn up earlier on weekends if you want to see the riders of Shah Alam. From the stadium, just head North another 3km to the start of GCE (Guthrie Corridor Expressway) and you'll see many groups of riders riding along the highway to Rawang and back. My group atarts at 7.15am. The Rubberman starts at 7.57am. Not for beginners though due to its steep hill climbs. Nowadays there are so many groups that it tend to get a bit crowded.
For Shah Alam itself, check out Section 7 for riders who find their kicks from steep hill climbs.
